We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch, followed by Body Brushing the back of the body and complete the welcome step with Abdominal Breathing. The therapist then starts the treatment by applying Body Sculpting Lipo-Refining Serum using Sculpting Massaging techniques to the back of the legs, hips and thighs first. Following the massage the client must then turn over so they are lying on their back and Body Brushing is performed again to the front of the body as well as the tummy. Then the Body Sculpting Massage is performed to the front of the legs, hips and thighs again using the Body Sculpting Lipo-Refining Serum. A quick application of the Fennel Cleansing Body Mask is applied to the upper legs and they are then wrapped to retain heat. Whilst the Body Mask is absorbing an application of the Body Sculpting Lipo-Refining Serum is then applied to the tummy and massaged in using a Colon Cleansing Massage technique. Following this, a scalp massage is performed to relieve tension. The Body mask is then removed using warm lime mitts and Body Sculpting Cream is applied to the front and the backs of the client’s legs. To finish the treatment the therapist will perform an awareness touch to the sole of the foot to centre the client.

Powerful seaweed wrap for complete muscle relaxation. Using a specialised warming blend of essential oils to help ease aching, tense muscles, you are able to drift away whilst you are cocooned in a comforting foil wrap. This seaweed treatment deeply detoxifies and cleanses the body inside and out to help ease the pain of aching joints and muscles.

We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch, followed by Body Brushing the back of the body. We then start by applying Instant Refreshing Gel to the back of the body, concentrating on the client’s troublesome areas followed by an application of the Seaweed Body Mask. We then continue by Body Brushing the front of the body followed by an application of the Instant Refreshing Gel again concentrating on the clients troublesome areas and the Seaweed Body Mask. Once this is applied the body is quickly wrapped to retain heat for 15 minutes. Whilst the Seaweed wrap is absorbing, a lavender eye pillow is placed over the eyes and a scalp massage is performed. The therapist will then prepare the shower whilst the client is able to indulge their senses. The therapist will then escort the client to the shower where they are to thoroughly remove all traces of the seaweed wrap. Once they have returned to the treatment room the client will be asked to lay back on the couch face up where they are to be wrapped again, this time no product is applied. Following this the therapist will cleanse the eyes and face using an appropriate cleanser and tonner. A facial massage using Elemis’ powerful massaging techniques is then to be performed and again the therapist will then prepare the shower. The client is then to shower again to rinse off and freshen up for the next stage of the treatment. On the clients return to the treatment room they are to lay face down on the couch and the therapist will then drizzle warm Musclease Active Body Concentrate oil over the back of the body and massage it in, the client will then turn around so they are laying on their front and again warm Musclease Active Body Concentrate oil is drizzled over the body and massaged in. To finish an appropriate moisturiser is applied to the face and neck and the tingsha bells are rung.

We start the treatment with the welcome touch, Body Brushing and Abdominal breathing with the client laying face down on the couch ready to proceed with the treatment. Firstly the therapist will drizzle warm Japanese Camellia oil over the back of the body and gently massage it in closely followed by the application of the Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow. The client is the turned over when again the front of the body is Body Brushed and warm Japanese Camellia oil is drizzled over and massaged in followed by the application of the Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow. The client is then wrapped up to keep warm and whilst the client is relaxing the therapist will cleanse the eye’s and face with an appropriate cleanser and toner to prepare the skin for exfoliation using an appropriate exfoliator. Once the exfoliation to the face is complete it is then removed using warm lime mitts, the client is then left to indulge their senses in the smells of the Lime and Ginger and the sound of the tranquil music whilst the therapist prepares the shower. Then the client is escorted to the shower where they must remove all of the exfoliator thoroughly. Once back in the treatment room, the client will again lay facing down so the Exotic Island Flower Balm can be applied to the back of the body. The client will then turn over so the Exotic Island Flower Balm can be applied to the front of the body. To finish the treatment the therapist will apply Maximum Moisture Day Cream to the clients face and neck and the tingsha bells will be rung.

The therapist will then drizzle warm Skin Nourishing Milk Bath over the back of the client. The client is to then turn over when again the front of the body is Body Brushed and warm Frangipani oil is drizzled over and massaged in followed by the application of the Exotic Coconut Rub. Then again the therapist will drizzle warm Skin Nourishing Milk Bath over the front of the client. The client is then wrapped up to keep warm and whilst the client is relaxing the therapist will cleanse the face with Skin Nourishing Milk Bath to prepare the skin for a facial massage and a scalp massage using Elemis’ powerful massaging techniques and to relieve tension. The client is then left to indulge their senses in the smells of the Coconut and the sound of the tranquil music whilst the therapist prepares the shower. Then the client is escorted to the shower where they must remove all of the exfoliator thoroughly. Once back in the treatment room, the client will again lay facing down so the Exotic Moisturiser can be applied to the back of the body. The client will then turn over so the Exotic Moisturiser can be applied to the front of the body. To finish the treatment the therapist will apply Maximum Moisture Day Cream to the clients face and neck and the tingsha bells will be rung.

Firstly the therapist will drizzle warm Frangipani oil over the back of the body and gently massage it in. The client is then turned over when again the front of the body is Body Brushed and warm Frangipani oil is drizzled over and massaged in. The client is then wrapped up to allow the frangipani oil to moisturise and nourish the skin. Whilst the client is relaxing the therapist will cleanse the eye’s and face with an appropriate cleanser and toner to prepare the skin for a facial massage and a scalp massage using Elemis’ powerful massaging techniques and to relieve tension, the client is then left to indulge their senses in the smells of the Frangipani and the sound of the tranquil music whilst the therapist prepares the shower. Then the client is escorted to the shower where they must rinse off the oil. Once back in the treatment room, the client will again lay facing down so the Exotic Island Flower Balm can be applied to the back of the body. The client will then turn over so the Exotic Island Flower Balm can be applied to the front of the body. To finish the treatment the therapist will apply Maximum Moisture Day Cream to the clients face and neck and the tingsha bells will be rung.

A massage to help connect mother and baby through the power of touch. Specialised positioning on the exceptional Elemis beanbag is used to ensure the ultimate in safety, comfort and relaxation. This massage will help relieve tension in the back, and help ease swelling in the hands and feet, while uplifting the spirit and relieving the mind.

We start this treatment with the welcome touch using Rosewood essential oil followed by abdominal breathing to centre and balance you whilst in a sitting position on the beanbag. We continue by cleansing the face with an appropriate cleanser and toner, the mother-to-be then will turn onto her right side and a massage is performed to the left side of the back using Japanese Camellia oil. The leg is then exposed and a massage is conducted to the left leg again using Japanese Camellia oil. A hand and arm massage is then performed on the left arm. Mother-to-be will then turn onto her left side where again the back massage is conducted, followed by a leg massage and finally followed by a hand and arm massage using Japanese Camellia oil. A foot massage is then performed to ease any tension and swelling to the feet and ankles followed by an application of the Instant Refreshing gel. Following this a tummy massage is then performed (optional). After the massages to the body have been completed the therapist will continue by applying a warm rosewood compress to the face and then perform the facial massage using Cellular Recovery Capsules and scalp massage. We finish the treatment with a ring from the tingsha bells.

We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch to the feet followed by Body Brushing and Abdominal Breathing to centre you and balance your chakras, with the client’s laying face down on the treatment couches. We continue the treatment with the application of the warmed oil of the client’s choosing over the back, the neck and the arms. We then massage using Elemis powerful massaging techniques to relieve muscles of any tension. We continue the treatment by massaging the backs of the legs to increase circulation and alleviate tired, aching muscles. Following this we would then turn the client’s over so they are then lying on their back and we then carry on the massage using the chosen warmed oil, firstly massaging the fronts of the legs followed by the arms. We finish the treatment by joining the client’s hands together and with a ring from the tingsha bells.
