The Protocol:

We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch to the feet followed by Abdominal Breathing to centre you and balance your chakras. We continue the treatment with the application of the Rose essential oil, which we use to massage the face with. We follow this with an application of the Frangipani oil which is warmed up and drizzled into the hair and scalp which is then massaged in to relieve tension and stress. We finish the treatment with a ring from the tingsha bells.

Relieve tension headaches and stress with an Indian Head Massage. Elemis’ powerful massaging techniques are used to soothe the tension of muscles and rebalance your mind.

The Protocol:

We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch to the feet followed by Abdominal Breathing to centre you and balance your chakras, with the client laying face down on the treatment couch. We continue the treatment with the application of the Frangipani oil over the upper portion of the back, the neck and the arms which is then massaged in to relieve muscles of any tension. We continue the treatment by turning the client over so they are then lying on their back and we then carry on the massage using the frangipani oil up the neck and the scalp to relieve the tension from headaches. We finish the treatment with a ring from the tingsha bells.

Aromatherapy Massage - Full Body

In Brief

Relieve tension and stress and awaken your senses with this relaxing massage. Specially blended oils are used to Relax, Balance, Uplift, Detox, and Warm you, whilst other oils are used for insomnia and for blocked sinuses. So be guided by your senses and let your body tension melt away.

The Protocol:

We start the treatment with the Welcome Touch to the feet followed by Body Brushing and Abdominal Breathing to centre you and balance your chakras, with the client laying face down on the treatment couch. We continue the treatment with the application of the Specially blended oils to the back the neck. We then massage using soothing movements to relax the client. If the client chooses a Back Face and Scalp Massage the client would then turn over for the face and scalp to be massaged using Rose Essential oil, however if the client chooses to indulge further in a Full Body massage we continue the treatment by massaging the backs of the legs, applying the specially blended oil. Following this we would then turn the client over so they are then lying on their back and we then carry on the massage using the chosen oils, firstly massaging the fronts of the legs, then massaging the décolleté, shoulders and up the neck followed by massaging the face and the scalp with Rose Essential oil. We finish the treatment with a ring from the tingsha bells.
