Cancellation of Bookings

We regret that at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be made. Non attendance without notice of cancellation will result in a charge for the full amount of the booked treatment or treatments. Late cancellation or non attendance results in the reservation of time that cannot be re-booked.

Gift Vouchers

• The same terms apply as for cancellations. If a booking is not used due to non-attendance without notice, it will be forfeit.
• MatiSpa cannot be held responsible for the loss of any voucher.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Prices

Please note that prices are subject to variation. We reserve the right to change pricing as and when required.

Payments

We accept payments by cash, credit cards, debit cards. We regret we are unable to accept credit card payments for amounts less than £10.00.

Preferential Pricing

• Pre-paid courses and packages attract a 10% discount.
• Student may have a discount of 10% on presentation of an NUS or ISIC card prior to treatments on services not already discounted.

Services provided by external consultants

• Semi Permanent Make-up
• Botox
• Chemical Facial peels

The above services are provided to MatiSpa by external consultants who are professionally qualified on these highly specialised services by either a medical specialisation or specialist training. They typically are covered by their own professional indemnity insurance.

It is important to emphasise that the contract in these situations is with the external consultant with MatiSpa acting as a booking agent and a provider of location by advance arrangement. Payment may be by facilities provided by the consultant or if that is not available, then MatiSpa may provide the facility to accept payment and then in turn pay the consultant. The offering of such a services does not moves any potential liability from the consultant to MatiSpa.

CONFIDENTIALITY and PRIVACY

Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties such as direct marketing agencies without your consent.

MatiSpa complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.

LEGAL JURISDICTION

This site is operated under the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom. You agree that the United Kingdom courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to your use of this site.
